Description:
The Client, Oman Wastewater Services Company S.A.O.C (Haya Water) was formed in December 2002 to implement and operate the wastewater collection, treatment and treated effluent distribution system in the Governorate of Muscat. the project is a fully enclosed Wastewater Treatment Plant project by Haya Water and it is the first fully enclosed wastewater facility in Oman
Project Challenges:
The challenges of this project is complying the system with both Omanian and international standards of ASHRAE,CIBSE and NFPA
Outcomes:
The system is designed complying with the international standards. The ventilation system provided the needed air flow in the desalination unit.
